Aalborg Instruments & Controls was founded in 1972 year and is well known American manufacturer of instrumentation for measurement and control. The largest category of Aalborg devices are rotameters (variable area flowmeters) which mix and separate gases or liquids by use of one or many tubes in one frame, with standard, precision valves, or without valves. Rotameter elements are made of aluminum, brass, stainless steel, PTFE and other durable materials depending on the model. There are multiple applications for rotameters varies from micro flow measurement up to flow measurements. In rotameters offer you will find models like: made of brass or stainless steel V and xV models, heavy-duty M model for industrial applications, gas dispenser, G or Tx model with multiple tubes, made of PTFE.

Another product group is mass flow controllers and flowmeters dedicated for gas medium. There are available analog models like GFM mass flowmeters and GFC or AFC mass flow controllers. You can also find products with computer control (DFM, XFM, ZFM mass flowmeters and DFC controllers). Depending on model, Aalborg offers aluminum or stainless steel versions together with components chemically inactive and a range of accessories, such as power supplies, cabling and more. Additionally Aalborg introduces to market PWE and PWM paddlewheel meters, as well as Vortex type flowmeters in Wafer Style Vortex Flow Meters [VX], Insertion Vortex Flow Meters [iVX] and Multi-Parameter Vortex Flow Meters [mVX], which are designed to measure the frequency of the vortices in gas, fluid or steam passes.

Aalborg’s wide product range also includes the pumps, ideal for laboratory, processing, nutrient dosing, environmental sampling or OEM applications. There are available following peristaltic pump models – TPT, TPV, TPU, TPV, TPV, TPU, TPU RP DP DP, TPU FX and TPV1, TPV2, TPU1, TPU2 pump heads. Considering Aalborg as a manufacturer of laboratory equipment, they provide also control valves to regulate flow of liquids and gases. This product range comprises VT PTFE needle valves, VT PTFE precision needle valves and VT6 6 mm PTFE electromagnetic valves, PSV proportional solenoid valves and SMV stepping motor valves and VB bar stock shutoff series.

Supplement to Aalborg product line are accessories such as TIO Totalizer, PSV-D driver module, optical sensors for rotameters, SDPROC Microprocessor Driven Command Module for analog and digital mass flow meters.
